The pair first looked back back on Strachan's career as a player with Aberdeen, Manchester United and Leeds United, before discussing how his former legendary managers such as Sir Alex Ferguson influenced him. The pair then moved on to discuss Strachan's managerial career, covering engaging topics such as how he dealt with difficult characters in his Scotland squads, and facing the brilliant Brazil team at the 1982 World Cup.
